Hello! I am a senior product designer at Vox Media. Currently, I’m working on the publishing platform and content management system that powers the websites of our editorial brands. Before that, I led design on Vox’s first R&D product team, where we experimented with emerging platforms, technologies, and interaction patterns. I have designed (and coded) apps, websites, games, and voice products.
Before I designed, I reported. Most recently, I was a real-estate reporter for The Wall Street Journal, and continue to write on a freelance basis. I believe my journalism background has been instrumental in shaping my investigative, user-centered approach to design.
I graduated from Duke University, and earned my master’s degree in Creative Digital Media from the Dublin Institute of Technology as a George J. Mitchell Scholar. I’m always up for meeting interesting people, so feel free to reach out using your preferred social icon below.
